What is included in the standard Evening Desert Safari package?
Our standard evening sharing safari includes shared 4×4 hotel pickup and drop-off, thrilling dune bashing, sandboarding, a short camel ride, sunset photography stops, unlimited soft drinks/water, Arabic coffee/tea, a full BBQ buffet dinner (with separate vegetarian and non-vegetarian options), live entertainment shows (Belly Dance, Tanoura, and Fire Show), and traditional henna painting.
Can senior citizens and elderly guests join the desert safari?
Yes, absolutely! While high-intensity off-road dune bashing is not recommended for seniors with joint pain, heart issues, or back conditions, they can still enjoy the desert. We highly recommend booking a Private Vehicle or a Direct-to-Camp Package. Our professional safari guide will completely bypass the rough sand dunes and drive via smooth, paved routes straight to the premium desert camp oasis, ensuring a comfortable, bump-free journey to enjoy the dinner and live shows.
Are infants and toddlers allowed on the desert safari?
Yes, but with strict safety modifications. In accordance with UAE road safety regulations, infants under 3 years old are strictly prohibited from participating in shared, high-speed off-road dune bashing. To accommodate families with young babies, you must book a Private Family Tour. With a private vehicle, our safari guide will skip the intense drops and provide a gentle, slow desert drive so your family can safely reach the camp and take beautiful photos. Please inform us in advance if you require a baby car seat.
What should I wear for the desert safari?
We recommend loose, comfortable clothing (t-shirts, shorts, or casual trousers).
For footwear:
- Comfortable closed shoes/trainers — safest and best choice.
- Open-toe flat sandals or flip-flops are also an option, though closed shoes provide better protection and comfort during dune bashing.
If you are booking a tour between November and February, please bring a light sweater or jacket, as the desert temperature drops significantly after sunset.
Are your food options halal, and do you cater to vegetarians?
Yes. All food served at our desert camps is 100% Halal. Our live BBQ buffet features distinct, separate counters for vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes to ensure there is no cross-contamination. If you have specific severe allergies, please notify our team via WhatsApp before your tour.
How do I book a tour, and what are the payment terms?
Booking is simple and instant! Click any “Book Now” button on our site to connect directly with our reservations team via WhatsApp. You can pay securely in cash (AED) to your tour guide upon vehicle pickup, or arrange a digital transfer beforehand. We do not require hidden booking fees.
Do you charge extra for card payments?
Yes. While cash payments (AED) do not incur any additional charges, all card payments are subject to a 5% service charge. We recommend paying in cash to your tour guide for the most cost-effective option, or you can conveniently pay by card if you prefer a cashless transaction.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour may not be eligible for a refund. To cancel or reschedule, please contact our team directly via WhatsApp as soon as possible.
